Back when I was editing the three volume text of Aaron Shearer’s “Learning the Classic Guitar,” I composed this little slur study, hoping to contribute some music to the finished method. My little study didn’t make the cut. But I still like it, and offer it here. The curious spelling of the title is from a famous engraving by the renaissance artist Albrecht Dürer. By the way, the noise you’ll hear at the 1:07 mark is someone upstairs dropping something in the kitchen. (I really need a soundproof studio.)
